Hi All, I'm currently in the process of applying for Canada PR (CEC) with my wife as the Primary applicant. She had worked as a Civil Engineer in India and had to leave her job before coming to Canada. She has received her work experience letter from her company but it doesn't contain work responsibilities, will this be an issue or it doesn't matter since it's a foreign work experience ?

Job experience letter should contain roles and responsibilities. However if your employer is unwilling to provide in that format, then include an LOE in her application to explain. You also have two alternatives you can follow;

Job reference letter should be as per IRCC format irrespective it’s Canadian or foreign experience.
