I have taken picture twice according to the standards by professionals but still it's showing the same warning meassge. Should I go ahead and upload the picture ignoring the warning message?

You can take help from IRCC associate if uploading your photo. Alternatively you can order passport pictures online using MakePassportPhoto.com. it went thru in first upload and no reupload request or anything for my complete family of 3 This is Not a marketing post. This is based on my personal experience only, pls evaluate your options before you use.
Go ahead and just upload it. I had the same issue. It will be approved.
