Also agents says For 2 year program we might not get visa approvals. Is that true in the current trends. I wanted to 2 yr program as my age is 32 currently.

Thats il advice. Whatever course you choose, you will have to justify in SOP. My spouse also had masters and got visa for 2 yrs course. So choose the course wisely.
