Hi all I am new to this group kindly give your expert advice that is NOC ( no objection certificate) from present employer is mandatory along with experience for submitting your BCPNP application after getting ITA because my institute is not issueing me noc as i am a regular government employee. Thanks in advance

Because my agent said that no objection certificate is required for filing applicatio to bcpnp .But institute is not issueing as there is no such provision for government employee according to punjab service rule

Why do u need noc , u need job offer or lmia , but you must convince your employer before doing it , pnp officials would most probably do a personal verification ,
