I have applied for a pgwp and the current lead time displayed on the website is 169 days, meaning I may receive my work permit somewhere around May 2023. However my passport also expires on 14th May 2023. Can anyone tell from knowledge or experience, what I can expect in the event that my passport expires before they even grant me a work permit. Also what options do I have in this case? Thanks in advance.

I would suggest you extend your passport validity and raise a webform with new passport copy attached, to avoid complications
