Parents I don't think it will be approved, since they are on visitors visa, Euro visa requirements have the application should be from the country of residence. Kindly check this .
Samreet Arora It's the only visa processing agency for uk visa. You have to apply online and then go for biometrics and passport submission at their office!
It's very easy to apply on govt.uk website and submit the passport in downtown VFS global office.. within 10 days you will have your passport.
