I have a quick question, if I have tourist visa of Canada and I am traveling from UAE as I am resident of UAE but at the time of traveling if my residence visa gets canceled will it be a problem at immigration of Canada? If yes then what if I have returned tickets to UAE and I arrange visit visa of UAE before traveling will it help?

Doesn’t matter to Canada as long as you leave Canada before the expiry of your tourist visa.

they will not care about you, it will be your problem if uae deny your entry. it is your responsibility to always secure a valid visa when entering/travelling to other countries.
