Work permits don't change just for an ITA. Post submitting the application and if the work permit is about to expire, one can apply for a BOWP to maintain status until the COPR is issued.
ITA doesn't change your status. But you can apply for a bowp to get an open working status.
Your work permit will be the same until your PR application is approved and ECOPR generated
