Deepika Chauhan for Outland applicants it would take around 12-13 months or may be more than that. For lnland applicants it may take less. I m pnp paper based outland applicant submitted my paper application in January 2021 still waiting for my AOR.

I have heard it takes 3-4 months from IRCC to provide AOR.
