Is it a good idea to contact the Local MP? If anybody did contact them, did you setup a meeting ? Or just call on the office number and straight up ask about your PR application file just like you would call and ask the IRCC?? Please let me know. Thanks!!

Mine is stuck since Jan. I approached IRCC through local MP last week. IRCC asked them not to interfere till the average processing time is over. I contacted local MP through email, and shared my signed consent form online. Hope it helps you.
