Hey Guys, I recently received my ITA and now in the process of uploading the supporting documents. Could anybody please clarify the below questions? What is the difference b/w Offer of Employment (required) and Letter of Employment (required)? What should go in Employment Records (required) and Employment Records 2 (required)? The description for both of these is exactly the same. Post ITA, I removed my spouse's work history to avoid her employment reference letter. Would it be okay to do so? However, I have mentioned it in her personal history tab. Thanks

3) If there is no impact in CRS score then you are safe to remove spouse work experience and mention as a personal history and explain in LOE that u r not able to arrange reference letter from employer and there is no impact to CRS score with this change

I suppose you have received ITA as CEC. That means you are currently working and the company provides a letter confirming your employment, which is letter of employment. And if you have claimed the points for future employment, which is job offer.

Anybody on point 1? I think this is applicable for people who's got their PNPs because of job offers.
