Do I need to get the transcripts from University and send to immigration along with my documents or is it the university who will send directly to immigration? I have WES Already by Quebec doesn’t accept WES. They are asking for certified try copy. Can somebody help?? Thanks in advance

You have to get the transcript from the university.
