CanadaPermanent Resident1Hey guys! Hope someone can answer this question for me urgently. I Iive in a border city in Canada and want to cross over to the states for the day today. I haven’t received my PR card yet but do have my eCOPR and a valid TRV that I had obtained prior to applying for a PR. Can this TRV be used to enter back into Canada via a land border in a rented vehicle or do I need a PRTD in the interim till I recieve my PR card as the eCOPR is not a valid travel document?

I don't think you can use TRV, as far as I know once you become a PR all other visaa get cancelled, but let's wait for other expert advise.
TRV can't be used for entering Canada once PR is approved. However, you can use your eCOPR and valid passport to enter Canada via land.
