Kindly assist My friend went to India a month ago due to some family emergencies n now looking forward to return however her stamped visa expired on 30/04/2022 so now she is not sure whether she can come back or not. Her study permit is valid till 30th November 2022. Kindly let us know your opinion. Attached is the screenshot of official website insights .

Hitansh Thakur okay buddy however if you have a look on the first pic, it clearly says that they can let student enter if study permit is valid .. so what does that exactly means ??
Gautam Mandal so there's a visa printed on the passport, and if that's still valid, she can travel.
Her passport says it’s valid till 30th Nov 2022 however that Trv got expired on 30th April 2022.
She will need to apply for the visa at New Delhi after the study permit extension is approved.
