You need to provide a better connection of past education and future plans. Biology and pilot training are two opposite poles. Try the same medical field or a management based course highlighting plans how you wish to streer ahead your career.
Raghu Ram properties on their name will help. If the candidate is currently working, try to take official long leave. It helps to present your case more strongly showing connection of employment, education and future career plans.
