It has been nearly 11 months and I am still awaiting my approval. I hardly get connected to an Immigration agent by phone. It just says they have everything they need and also that they put my file on urgent in Nov 2021 but still there have been no updates. Can anyone kindly guide me as to what further steps should I take. Appreciate your help!!

Meghna Jain yes it counts towards Work experience that gives us points when we are on applied status of work permit.
So whats your visa status for the last 11 months? Are you able to work? Will your work experience count for CEC?
Krishna Vyas inside canada application time frame is much lesser however you can’t do anything to expedite it.
