Hello team members my friend study visa application was submitted on october 13, 2022. i received a request for medical on november 17, 2022, and within 1 hour of receiving the medical request, i received refusal on the application. my application status still shows your action is required i am confused whether there is a technical error that without letting me complete the medical request a decision came after 1 hour. i wanted to know if i should update the medical and comply with the request, in case my file is still pending or refused thank you.
