Hello Team, I am pretty new to the group, please bear with me, if i am repeating the questions. I have got an ITA and am trying to submit my application to PR. I have the following questions to PR. 1. Should we mention all the Employments in the work history even when we are not claiming the points. As one employer is not willing to provide the employment letter, but I do have an offer, relieving/experience letter and payslips. Can I add these employment details in the work history. 2. If I am not adding an employer in the work history, can i still list them in the personal history section? 3. If i worked in a company for 6 years with 2 positions, is it mandatory to have reference letter for both the positions. My main duties are almost the same in both the positions, I have the employment letter for the latest designation. Thanks in advance. Kubeir Kamal sir please share insights.

1. Employment history is only for Jobs you are claiming points for as you have to justify those. What you are not claiming points for, goes in personal history. You dont need proof of what is in personal history.

If you are not mentioning company than you need to justify the gap.Better add this experience and attach their denial mail.
