But it mentioned application processed through Chinook 3+ Im not sure what to do next. My agent have aalready applied for Reconsideration request and even that is mentioned in the GCMS note that webform received and forwarded to VO on 30.01.2023. Thats the latest update in the form. So looking at all of this i feels like its a Chinook rejection and VO have note even checked my SOP. So any Idea how can i go through without getting a syatem rejection next time? Sumuduni Rodrigo you can -your program needs to be either Phd or Masters Level - with a focus on what you were working on -that combined with a strong SOP and you may have some chance of getting a study permit.
I can't say about other things, but your profile literally shows no ties to your home country. You work in dubai, applied from lanka, bachelors after 14 years of work - there are many red flags.
