Hello, Seek inputs as I am confused if I can go ahead with one year course or should go for two years course only. My personal inclination is for one year for obvious reasons of costs involved. I am targeting Ontario. I am 35 with BE in computer science, 13 years of work experience and current CRS is 359 only with Ielts general 7.5 band. I am married. What are the risks with one year course in my case. Kubeir Kamal Please suggest.

The more time you get to stay in Canada, better and more opportunities you would get for PR. No one can surely say what will be the immigration system (PNP or express, “for you”) when you finish your study. So to be on safer side go with 2 year program.
Prachi Verma all the colleges don’t accept such a big study gap. You have to move strategically while applying. You should apply for masters. If you have any questions then you can message me.
Also, what I am hearing now is the chances of colleges accepting mature candidates with gap of 13 years are less. Any recommendations for colleges in Ontario?
