CanadaExpress Entry1Hello, Need to understand about the tie break rule: My CRS score was 496, and i was supposed to get an ITA, but my lawyer is saying that the tie break rule has applied, hence we didn't receive an ITA. Can someone please explain how this works? What should one do in this situation? Do i need to wait for the next draw? please suggest. TIA.

What is your profile creation date? If your profile was created after the tie breaking rule date, you will have to wait for the next draw
