NOC is 0213 - Computer and information systems manager Looking at the score trends, seems difficult to get through Express Entry. Which PNP shall I apply for? Which are more focused on Tech Field and don't require Job/Relative in the province?

As per my suggestion go for OINP only or express entry. Yes we know cut off is on higher side but you still have good chance to get invitation in express entry.

Go for ontario pnp. You will definetly get an invitation in ontario tech draws.

I think Alberta, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island will be more suitable.
