Hello.. My cousin got approved for a Study Permit/Visa for a program that is no longer available after the approval. Program in Letter of Acceptance shows the one that was no longer available. Who should we inform about this, IRCC? Should we get another Letter of Acceptance for the new program even if he’s already been approved for a study visa ? Thank you for your response !

This is very strange situation only way is to write the IRCC through webform .you may need to apply new study permit after that .get advice from the consultant.

apply for a new program and make sure the college and intake in genuine. and file for another study permit.
