Zakia Zabeen I did, I filed for visa without them & already got PPR. If your file has no issues and you are confident about every aspect then they have no reason to reject you in the future.
Assilem Green Visa applications are processed through them, it’s a system that Canada uses. CAIPS/GCMS notes are used to determine the exact reason for refusal.

GCMS notes are useless, at least for me they were. Took 90 days appx.
Gcms notes take 25 days normally-as of now taking nearly 3 months.
