PCC does not become invalid after marriage. If the person travelled to India after obtaining pcc then they need to apply for new pcc. If living in India then you should submit a PCC issued after ITA.

Not required.. One PCC is enough.. my husband took one before marriage and added him post marriage. There were no issues to that.
