Our permit and visa expire on the 30th July 2023. We are thinking of travelling back to our country during my summer break. Can I still travel and come back before the 30th July or should I raise a webform explaining them why it’s important for us to go back and meet our family? Please guide us. Thank you.

You need TRV to come back to Canada. You cannot seek an entry on POE with Study permit only

Do ur passport have TRV stamp visa ? U don't need to raise nothing
They won't allow you to come back with TRV expiring in days.
