We had an active express entry profile and I was the primary applicant. My husband applied for his student visa. We didn't delete our EE profile and neither declared dual intent.

S Singh Bhullar Although active doesn't matter. You dont need to show at all. If u have received any rejection or missed ITA deadline or PNP refused than need to mention it

Assilem Green there are n number of things which u can or cannot do. The fact is IRCC allows dual intent.
