When i try to create an account on IRCC tracker ( it gives me an error (see attached) The UCI and Application number I am entering is the same as shown on the express entry profile under Applicant Information. Please guide me.

You need to wait few day after submitting your application. I had the same thing after few days I was able to create account in tracker.

If your UCI is still starting with CAN then forget about the tracker for the moment

You have to wait until your application status shows biometrics and medical update.
