As we know, it's difficult to find a job in your field in New Brunswick especially if you are not so good in English ! But in my case, I had a job offer from another province but the taxes are paid in that province, and my employer ask to establish the TD1 form federal and provincial (not NB) in the last of year, but I still live here in NB and I pay all my incomes and charges here and my wife found job here. My question is, is that normal and legal as a Provincial Nominee that I work remotely for another province and still living in NB ? Keywords : PNP New Brunswick, job another province, taxes TD1.

I think if you haven't moved out of province you should be fine with remote job anywhere in Canada. Your rent still reads NB
