Should I go for 1 more course of 1 year or LMIA or I can do something in 1 year work permit? I can relocate anywhere .Kindly guide me the best possible options to get PR.

The rules are becoming strict and jobs are less. If you get a job, get into it and apply with 1 year experience. You have double benefit. All the Best :)
rather than waiting for 1 more year because rules are changing and getting tougher for PR. One year down the line you never know what will happen.
but i guess if i get job in HR Departent then i am eligible for skiller labour and can directly apply for PR early
