The reason for rejection is mentioned that my husband's police clearance certificate has prior date from the leaving china. My husband has made his police clearance a month before leaving china. Now the gap of one month has created problem for us. Is there any way out to approach them and let them know to reconsider my application as we couldn't go back due to corona restrictions. and they have mentioned already that they will refund us the fee back. P. S: my IELTS is going to be expired 14th of next month.

It is best to apply for PCC after you receive ITA. PCC for countries like China and Qatar can only be accessed through agents after you leave the country for good. Agents are very expensive though. I'm looking for a decent agent myself.
