CanadaStudy Permit1Hello I have landed in Canada today with stamped visa as per January intake 2022 and I got my study permit according to the January term but I have deferred it to May intake 2022. I asked the border officials to please issue me the study permit according to the new LOA and fee receipt as per the spring term 2022 but he refused to give it on the border and told me to file for extention, so my classes start on 9th may and my study permit will expire before my course ends , what can I do in this case ? Please shed some light on this!

Aman Dhingra apply for visa and permit extension as soon as possible, I don't think that'll hamper your spring semester, now that you're already in Canada.
When is your course ( the last semester of your course) completing and till when was your visa issued on your passport?

U can apply anytime before the end of ur study permit.. it’s not an issue..
