I wanted to know what happens if I get my study visa approved and then receive an ITA? 1. Can I continue with my study visa and secure my PR at the same time? (Because that would be a conflict of interest) 2. Would I have to cancel / withdraw the study visa to continue with my PR? 3. Or would I have to deny the PR and apply once I complete my 1yr of PG? Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

You can continue with the PR process while studying too. You don’t have to quit any of those. Just your residence status will change when you get PR.
