I have done with my studies and i am on applied status of work permit. My child’s visa got rejected twice. Now my lawyer has suggested me to apply again while im on applied status for work permit. She said that will process both the files simultaneously. I want to ask should i apply his visa now or should i wait for my work permit. Because my permit will take around 4-5 months to come. Wait for your visa. U can go do flagpole with completion letter and all transcripts to work permit instantly with any land border service near US border
Good to have your PGWP before applying your child study visa. If you're really short of time flagpole is a valid option. Online PGWP may take 3-4 months
