CanadaExpress Entry1Hello, I came to Canada on ICT closed work permit. I have a valid job offer for 3 years. My Closed work permit is valid for 3 years. It’s not LMIA based job offer. Can i still claim 50 points while applying for PR? I checked in crs portal and it says job offer should be supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or exempt from needing one. Is there anyone in this group who had a similar experience and claimed points for job offer without LMIA?

You can claim on ICT closed w/p after completing 1 year exp here in Canada .

You just need PR support letter from employer to claim 50 points Not LMIA
