Since my visa was getting delayed and courses were all online for time being , I was able to attend my courses from India. My winter term is about to complete in a few days. Today I have received a letter from IRCC asking for additional document - Differed letter of acceptance from the university Please provide your advice in this regard as my financial withdrawal deadlines are over and one term is almost over. How do I explain this to IRCC , what is expected of me in the current scenario?

+ if your LOA has expired the you need to ask your college to provide you with a new one. Maybe mail them.
