Applicant previous education and employment history , i am not satisfied that applicant will leave canada. 3.applicant ability to support studies in canada ) Change i am going to made this time . 1. I have reappear for ielts and have better score . 2. Going to pay one year fees ( last time i paid only 6 months fees) 3. Going to choose pg diploma course ( last time was diploma ). Will All these change be enough to get visa? As i am not going to cover my gap ( 3 years gap)

You should cover your 3 years gap which is a big question mark on your profile. Showing this open is a big risk for you.
