I have booked my tickets on 20th of March from Vadodara-Delhi-Toronto. I haven't received back my passport or copr yet .. I should wait or postpone the tickets ??? Please help me with it.

rebook your flight because passport stamping is now minimum 6 weeks as some resources of various VO are allocated on Ukraine applications, my friend's passport is waiting since 5weeks and now
Avni Rathor Hi Avni! Do you remember how much time passed since you sent your passport until your status got updated as "approved"?
If your counterfoil has been generated and available on your portal then you will get it back soon else it will take time.
