Drashti H Soni agree with watever Kunal says above.. only case where your CRS will come down is when you lose points for age/ if your IELTS expire (in that case retake and update). 509 is a good score. hopefully you shud get soon.. having said that, if you have even the slightest chance of staying back here with LMIA and PNP options..jsut go for it.. as it will let u sail here smoothly without hiccups, as compared to going back home and coming ba

Drashti H Soni Yes, your crs score isn't gonna change whether you are in canada or india. You can go and wait if you can. Eventually when you get PR you can come back. Just keep your profile updated and every documents up to date. The other option is applying Visitor visa and stay here for some time but you cant work on visitor status. This is the situation in my understanding. All the best.

Fake extension is a option... But there is a catch... A) once you got rejection from the same day your are out of status and no longer allowed to work. B) if you got ITR and applied for bridge work permit.... In this case your rejection date to PPR duration you are not allowed to work ( Kuber sir explained in one of his weekly round up session)

Apply for a visitor visa/ go back to home country... you will only have to figure out what to do for the said period..Because, eventually you are going to get PR 1000%.

At this stage your only option is to go ahead and get some additional time. How likely it is for them to issue invitations. No one knows.

Some people have been getting their “fake extension” reply fairly fast so beware.
