Surender Maggu you must be residence of country while filling the apptoved SDS category. If you are citizen of India and you are residence of non sds country system is not allow to apply .

But on Friday ,I called IRCC contact number,they said you can apply under SDS,it doesn't matter where you stay

When start filling the questnaire it will take you to non SDS
