Should my sister go for another ielts attempt or there are some chances with the following credentials. 12th : 2009 Bsc IT: 2012 60% MCA: 2015 78% Teaching job SEP-2016 to OCT-2017 GAP: NOV 2017 to JUL 2018 Teaching Job: AUG-2018 to FEB 2019 GAP: MAR 2019 to till date Ielts Academic overall 6 L 6 R 6.5 W 6 S 6 Any advice is highly appreciated.

As u did masters then eligibility for ielts is overall 6.5 band. For canada colleges Nd universities u have to meet this eligibility. Its better if you have overall 6.5 band
If you have documents to prove above jobs then you should fill the gap as well and then this band can work otherwise it will be tough.
IELTS 6 only needed for visa application. Some colleges asking for 6.5 minimum. Another option u can do doulingo for college alone.
