Hello Folks, Need some advice. My friends & relatives in Canada can arrange a Job Offer letter(without LMIA) from two different genuine employers(operating from past 5-7 years & giving employment to local Canadians) based in 02 provinces(Ontario & Alberta). Offer letters can be arranged either for NOC 2174/2175(software developer/ web developer) or 0601(Corporate Sales Manager). I want to have your valuable advice on below points- - Will just Offer letter(Non LMIA) be of any help as far as applying for PR through these 02 PNPs(Ontario & Alberta). - For tech professionals, the Global Talent Stream is very popular. Does this program also require a positive LMIA or just an offer letter is workable. - Any other advises related to the query from valuable members are welcome. Thank You! @Sravya

Hayyan Hasna Thank You! So what's the process like? Simply get an offer letter than apply for PNP & than once you get nominated & get those 600 points & than gets picked up in Federal draw? Or is there some other route? Thank You once again

Anirudh Sharma bro yes just get job offer and select Alberta. Wait in EE POOL to get an NOI from Alberta. Once you get nominated ,you will get an ITA from federal draw eventually.

To get a Alberta nomination certificate, you don't necessarily need a LMIA job offer..
