CanadaCanadian Experience Class1Hello everyone, We need some insight and suggestions from the group, we (me and my wife) applied for cec class and got pr confirmation email a day ago, the context of the email is to send the requested details in the reply email and ircc will share the pr confirmation portal login details, where we have to update the details that we are technically in canada and upload the photograph to process the pr card. But the tricky part is that, currently we came to India for a vacation and return to canada by feb 1st week, if we confirm pr in portal then our existing work permit status will be terminated which makes hard to land, but we have to respond to the email within 7 calendar days. Can someone provide some suggestions here please ??

You clearly CANNOT lie and confirm you’re in Canada when you are not. The simple solution is to respond letting them know you’re outside of Canada returning in February, then updating them again once you return.
