Hello everyone This is the query related to my PR application (personal history). I have foreign work experience in an MNC for 2.5 years and I’ve held 3 different positions during this period. I joined on the entry level role and had yearly progressions twice. The employment letter I have received from my company states the last position held by me and the roles and responsibilities of that role. However, the responsibilities of all the 3 roles were more or less the same. Please clarify the following questions: 1. Do I need to submit the letter of explanation stating that the roles and responsibilities of the three roles were same as the last position I held was only for 4 months. 2. In the personal history, when I enter this as employment category, do I mention only the last position or all the positions in the “Job title/ position” ? Any help on this matter is appreciated. Manjot Singh Hey I added the last title held that was mentioned in relieving letter and employment letter. I added LOE stating that I’ve held three different titles with same roles and that my last position is company is mentioned in all the documents. I had progression letters with me, which I attached in the employment record and mentioned about the same in my LOE. I hope this helps.
Neelam RamnaniCould you please confirm what worked for you? I am in the same position i.e held 4 titles with the same roles. And in work, personal history and reference letter, only the latest title is mentioned. Do you submitted your profile this way? Any LOE added explaining that roles were the same for all positions?
Do mention only the last job title/position. Also, don't forget to add last 3 pay slips for this position.
