Hello everyone, so finally I got the response from them and they rejected our AL. My husband is the main applicant and I'm the secondary applicant I have an immediate family (My mother) as a PR holder and extended family (sisters) Canadian Citizen. Now they refused for my husband and children that they r not directly related to them and for me they had mentioned that they rejected my AL bcoz I'm the secondary applicant can't go without primary applicant. In this case what should I do to travel to Canada? Please advise sir Kubeir Kamal Sudhansu Kumar Nayak

I would have reccomended you to fly directly. Because your mother is a PR holder. I missed that part initially. You need to provide some documents to prove that you are going to unite with your immediate family member
Samreen Khan raise a webform and get it clarified with IRCC whether a grandchild can be considered as immediate family member then you don't need even AL.
Sudhansu Kumar Nayak thank you sir for the detailed answer. I got some hope now. Appreciate that God bless u with his eternal blessings
Guess due to increase in Corona cases here they started taking a tougher line.
Sudhansu Kumar Nayak ok sir will do that. Thank you for guiding me many times
