If someone gets a nomination from a province in a stream which is express entry related, they will get 600 additional CRS points in their existing EE profile. The will have to wait until the next PNP or "no program specified" draw to get their federal invitation

When you have a pnp approved, you will get 600 points, it doesnt matter what pool you are in, either cec or fsw , you are guaranteed to get the pr approved in next draw.
