I have: Bsc - Renewable Energy in electrotechniq Msc - Renewable Energy ,solar energy Ielts : 6 overall band Im working as craftsman and my activity is instalation of solar panels. I want to apply into a college program , 2 years diploma in electrical technician. So i can develop my career . My question is : if i applied for a study permit with a college program , do i have a chance? Or they will reject my request due to downgrading the study level ( from master to college diploma). Im from algeria btw. Please suggest. I am damn confused
