I recently got an ITA through CEC and applied for PCC through the local district police station in India and this is the PCC I received. The IRCC website states that we can obtain it from the local district police station - hence the confusion. I'm just wondering if this is considered valid since it does not state GOI anywhere, nor my passport number or purpose for PCC. The online application portal did not ask for the passport number either. ' Appreciate any leads/clarifications! Thank you!

The problem with district police PCC is you would require PCC for every address stayed in India. Best to get from BLC if you are in Canada or from PSK if in India.
