CanadaExpress Entry1Hello Everyone! My pcc got returned from police station without clearance due to address miscommunication of a guy who handled my file at police station. Now my online status shows that "Pcc is not clear and application is under review at Indian embassy". I went to bls to apply new one but they said, they can not take new application until first one is either rejected completely either expired. I tried to raise a query at Sampark CGI but no response so far. Has anyone gone through the same situation? Do I need to apply again or do they resend the same file for verification if I explain the situation via query at Sampark? And also is there any contact number where I can call and explain all this? I tried Sampark number, bls number but no help so far. Please help as I got already ITA and I need to submit documents before end of this month. TIA🙏

Alex Parx contact the police station which you mentioned in your application and they’ll ask you for some identity documents. Let them know you don’t have any family in india at your Indian address and they’ll help you out. They still got verification done from my Indian neighbours but they kept me posted of what’s happening. It was easy
Shelly Sahi Can you please suggest how to get a PCC done for an Inland application from Canada for India if no-one lives at the address which is mentioned on the indian passport? main question is which address to be mentioned on application or how? parents live in same city but different address.
It happened to me also. If you or your family member can go to the police station and sort that out with them. They will clear it. You don’t need to apply for new PCC . They will amend that PCC and the status will change to clear .
Shelly Sahi my father already contacted police station. They are saying that they have already rejected so they can't do anything now unless embassy return it to same police station for verification again.
Teja Reddy don’t do any of that .Just contact your police station and explain them .The officer at the police station has the authority to clear your PCC in case of any misunderstanding.
