Vaibhav Chawla as far as you can justify/explain each phase with supporting docs and prove a genuine intention to study you should be good. How you present your story and the projection of your career thru an international degree is of utmost importance.
If you are looking for quality education and funding is manageable then for long term career opportunities, consider Masters at universities over Grad Cert in community colleges.
